When it comes to making adjustments to photos in Photoshop, one of the most frequently used tools is the Eraser tool. The Eraser tool can be used to remove unwanted elements from a photo or to change the shape of an object.

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to use the Eraser tool to change the edges of a photo.

First, open the photo you want to edit in Photoshop. Then, select the Eraser tool from the toolbar on the left side of the screen. To change the size of the eraser, use the slider at the top of the screen or enter a number in the “Size” field.

You can also change the hardness of the eraser by clicking on the “Hardness” drop-down menu. Once you’ve selected your desired settings, click and drag your mouse over the areas you want to erase. As you move your mouse, you’ll see the pixels being erased.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that changing the edges of a photo in Photoshop can result in the distortion of the overall image. If you are not careful, you may end up with an unusable photo.

If you make a mistake while erasing, you can use the History panel to undo your changes. Simply click on the last step in the History panel and then click on the “Back” arrow. You can also use the “Undo” command in the Edit menu.

Once you’re happy with your changes, save your file and you’re done!

The Eraser tool is a great way to change the edges of a photo in Photoshop. By changing the size and hardness of the eraser, you can control how much of an effect you want to achieve. And if you make a mistake, you can always use the History panel to undo your changes.
