When you open Figma for the first time, you will be asked to sign in. You can sign in with your email address or Google account. If you don’t have a Figma account yet, you can create one by clicking the “Create account” button.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll be taken to your Figma home page. Here, you can create a new file or open an existing one. To create a new file, click the “Create new file” button in the top-left corner of the screen.

Once you’ve created or opened a file, you’ll be taken to the editor. The editor is where you design your prototypes. By default, the editor is in View mode.

This means that you can’t edit anything in the design. To edit your design, you need to switch to Edit mode. You can do this by clicking the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the screen.

In Edit mode, you can select and edit any element in your design. To select an element, simply click on it. Once an element is selected, you can move it around, change its color, add or remove content, and so on.
