A montage is a creative way to present a series of related images. In Photoshop, you can create a montage from scratch, or you can use one of the many templates that are available.

When you create a montage in Photoshop, you will first need to select the images that you want to use. You can do this by opening the files in Photoshop, or by using the File > Open command.

Once the images are open, you can select them all by holding down the Shift key and clicking on each image. Alternatively, you can use the Select All command from the Edit menu.

Once you have selected the images, you can then begin to position them on the canvas. To do this, you can use the Move tool, or you can click and drag each image into place. If you want to change the order of the images, you can click and drag them around on the canvas.

PRO TIP: This article provides a detailed Photoshop tutorial on how to create a montage, but does not offer any safety tips or warnings. Creating a montage in Photoshop can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing. Always be sure to save your work often, and backup your files before attempting any complex montage techniques.

Once you have positioned all of the images, you may want to crop some of them so that they fit better into the montage. To do this, you can use the Crop tool. Simply click and drag around the area that you want to crop, and then press Enter or Return.

If you want to add text to your montage, you can do so by using the Type tool. Simply click where you want to add text, and then type your text. You can change the font, color, and size of the text by using the options in the Toolbar.

Once you are happy with your montage, you can save it as a PSD file so that you can edit it later. Alternatively, you can save it as a JPEG file so that it is ready to be used.

Creating a montage in Photoshop is a great way to display a series of related images. By selecting the images that you want to use, positioning them on the canvas, and adding text if desired, you can create a truly unique montage.
