In Illustrator, you can create a template by selecting the “New File” button in the dashboard.

You can then provide a name for your template, choose your preferred size for it, and click on the “Create” button.

Once you have created the template, you can use it to create new files or open existing files that you want to use as a template.

To save the template you created, go to the File menu and select the “Save as Template” option.

When you create a template, Illustrator creates a copy of the template file as an Illustrator Template (.AIT) file on your computer. You can then open the template file in Illustrator and use it to create new files or open existing files that you want to use as a template.

PRO TIP: Before attempting to create a template in Illustrator, be aware that the program can be quite complex and difficult to use. If you are not familiar with the program, it is best to seek out tutorials or ask for help from someone who is. Otherwise, you may end up wasting a lot of time and becoming frustrated.

If you want to make changes to the template file, you can open the template file in Illustrator and make the changes that you want to the template. Once you have made the changes, you can save the changes to the template file and then close the template file.

If you want to use the template file to open existing files, you can copy the template file to the folder that contains the files that you want to use as a template. You can then open the files that you want to use as a template using the template file.
