If you want to edit text in Photoshop, there are a few things you need to know. First, you need to select the Type tool from the toolbox.

Then, click on the area where you want to add text. A text box will appear and you can start typing.

To change the font or font size, use the options in the top toolbar. You can also change the color of your text here. To make your text bold or italic, click the B or I button in the top toolbar.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that editing text in Photoshop can be a complex process, and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are new to Photoshop, or are not confident in your editing skills, we recommend that you seek guidance from an experienced user before attempting to edit text in Photoshop.

If you want to change the alignment of your text, use the options in the Paragraph panel (Window > Paragraph). You can also add spacing before or after your paragraphs here.

To change the way your text flows around images or other objects, use the options in the Text Wrap panel (Window > Text Wrap). For example, you can choose to have your text wrap around the edge of an object or have it flow in a certain direction.

Once you’re happy with your changes, click the Commit button in the top toolbar to apply them.
