To create a crayon effect in Photoshop, you’ll need to start with a black and white image. You can use any image, but using a black and white image will give you the best results.

Next, you’ll need to add a few Adjustment Layers. First, add a Brightness/Contrast Adjustment Layer and increase the brightness until the image is completely white. Then, add a Curves Adjustment Layer and increase the contrast until the blacks are completely black and the whites are completely white.

Now that your image is ready, it’s time to start adding color. Create a new layer and fill it with any color you like.

Set the layer mode to Overlay and add some noise. Finally, add a Gaussian Blur to soften the texture.
