Lighting effects can be created in Photoshop in a variety of ways. One way is to use the Lighting Effects filter.

To do this, go to Filter > Render > Lighting Effects. In the window that opens, you can choose from a variety of light types, including point lights, spotlights, and directional lights. You can also adjust the light’s position, intensity, and color.

Another way to create lighting effects is to use layer styles. To access the layer styles dialog box, double-click on the layer you want to style in the Layers panel.

Finally, you can also create lighting effects by painting with light. To do this, create a new layer and set it to “Soft Light.”

Then, use a white brush to paint where you want the light to appear. You can also use a black brush to add shadows. Experiment with different brush sizes and opacities to get the desired effect.
