Organic shapes in Figma are created using the Pen tool. To make an organic shape, click and drag with the Pen tool to create a path.

You can also click to create anchor points, and then use the Direct Selection tool to move them around.

When you’re happy with your shape, you can add color by selecting the fill color in the toolbar. You can also add a stroke around your shape by choosing a stroke color and width.

PRO TIP: When creating organic shapes in Figma, be sure to use the pen tool and not the rectangle or ellipse tool. Otherwise, your shapes will look too perfect and may not print correctly.

Organic shapes are a great way to add interest to your designs, and they can be used for both web and print projects. With a little practice, you’ll be creating beautiful organic shapes in no time!
