How Do You Make Watery Eyes in Photoshop?

Watery eyes can be achieved in Photoshop by using a combination of the “Blur” and “Motion Blur” filter effects.

To begin, open the image you wish to edit in Photoshop. Then, create a new layer by clicking on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.

Next, select the “Blur” tool from the left toolbar. Then, click and drag over the area of the image you want to make watery. For a more subtle effect, use a lower opacity setting for the “Blur” tool.

Finally, select the “Motion Blur” filter from the Filter menu. Apply this filter to the same area of the image as you did with the “Blur” tool. Again, use a lower opacity setting for a more subtle effect.

Save your changes and enjoy your new watery eyes!

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, you can easily create a watery eyes effect in Photoshop that looks fake and overdone. Be sure to use a light hand when applying any kind of blur or smudge tool, and don’t overdo it with the opacity of the effect.

Watery eyes can give your photos a dreamy or romantic look. They can also make your subjects look sad or tired. Whatever mood you’re going for, watery eyes are easy to achieve in Photoshop.
