How Do You Put a Stroke on One Side of a Figma?

When you want to add a stroke to one side of a Figma object, first select the object. Then, in the inspector on the right, click the stroke section. A dropdown will appear with three choices: Inside, Outside, and Center.

If you select Outside, the stroke will be added to the outside of the object. If you select Inside, the stroke will be added to the inside of the object.

If you select Center, the stroke will be added to both the inside and outside of the object.

There are also two other options in the stroke section: Weight and Color. Weight is how thick you want the stroke to be, and color is, well, the color of the stroke.

Once you’ve selected your options, click anywhere outside of the inspector to close it. Your changes will be applied immediately.
