Figma is a vector-based design tool that is used by UX and UI designers to create high-fidelity prototypes. Anima is a plugin for Figma that allows designers to create complex animations and interactions. In this article, we will show you how to use Anima with Figma.

First, you need to install the Anima plugin from the Figma Plugin Store. Once the plugin is installed, you can access it by clicking on the ‘Plugins’ menu item in the top bar.

To create an animation, you first need to create a frame. A frame is a collection of objects that you want to animate together.

To create a frame, select the objects that you want to animate and then click on the ‘Create Frame’ button in the Anima plugin.

PRO TIP: When using Anima with Figma, be sure to take care when designing your prototypes. Make sure that your layers are properly aligned and that you do not create any infinite loops. Additionally, take care when using the “autoplay” feature, as this can result in unexpected behavior.

Once you have created a frame, you can add animations to it. To do this, select the frame and then click on the ‘Add Animation’ button in the Anima plugin. This will open up the animation panel where you can choose from a variety of different animations.

Once you have added an animation to a frame, you can preview it by clicking on the ‘Preview’ button in the Anima plugin. This will open up a new window where you can see your animation playing back.

Animation is a powerful tool that can help bring your designs to life. By using the Anima plugin for Figma, you can easily create complex animations and interactions without having to code anything.
