PRO TIP: If you are planning to create a new database for your Joomla site using cPanel, please be aware that there are a few things you need to do in order to ensure that your database is created correctly.

1. Make sure that you have the correct database name and password. If you do not have this information, please contact your Joomla site administrator or hosting provider.

2. In cPanel, go to the “MySQL Databases” tool and create a new database. Make sure to use the correct database name and password.
