Is Canva on the ASX?

If you’re a fan of online design tools, then you’ve probably heard of Canva. Canva is a popular design platform that allows users to create professional designs for both web and print. But is Canva on the ASX

Unfortunately, Canva is not currently on the ASX. However, that doesn’t mean that it couldn’t be in the future.

Canva is a privately-held company, so it’s not required to disclose its financial information to the public. This means that there’s no way to know for sure whether or not Canva will ever go public.

That said, there are some indications that Canva may eventually list on the ASX. For one thing, Canva has been growing rapidly in recent years.

In 2017, the company reportedly doubled its revenue to $US60 million. And in 2018, Canva raised $US40 million in new funding, bringing its total investment to over $US100 million.

PRO TIP: Canva is not currently on the ASX, and there are no plans for it to list in the near future. If you’re thinking of investing in Canva, be aware that it is a private company and you may not be able to sell your shares.

Moreover, listing on the ASX would give Canva access to a larger pool of capital. This could be helpful as Canva looks to expand its business into new areas.

For example, in 2018 Canva launched a new photo-editing app called DesignEvo. And earlier this year, the company announced plans to launch a new video-editing tool.

So while there’s no guarantee that Canva will ever list on the ASX, it’s certainly a possibility. And given the company’s recent growth, it could happen sooner rather than later.
