Where Is the Libraries Panel in Photoshop?

As of the October 2018 release of Photoshop CC (v. 20.0), the Libraries panel has been moved. You’ll now find it under the Window menu at the top of the screen. If you don’t see it there, you can always go to Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials to bring back all the default panels.
