What Are Form Entries on Weebly?

A form entry on Weebly is a piece of information that you enter into a form, such as your name, address, or phone number. Form entries are used to help you fill out forms on websites and can be found in the top right corner of most Weebly pages.

When you’re filling out a form on a website, you’ll often see a box labeled “form entry” next to the field that you’re supposed to fill out. This is where you’ll enter your information. Form entries can be used for anything from signing up for a newsletter to ordering a product.

PRO TIP: Weebly’s Form Entry tool allows you to collect data from your site visitors, but it also comes with some risks. Form entries can be used to collect sensitive information like credit card numbers and passwords, so be sure to use a secure connection (https) when collecting this type of data. Additionally, Weebly’s Form Entry tool is not PCI compliant, so if you plan on collecting credit card information, you will need to use a third-party payment processor.

If you’re having trouble finding the form entry box, look for a small icon that looks like a pencil next to the field that you’re supposed to fill out. Clicking on this icon will open up the form entry box for that field.

Once you’ve entered your information, hit the “enter” key on your keyboard or click the “submit” button at the bottom of the form. This will send your information off to the website so that they can process it.

Form entries are an important part of filling out forms on websites. Without them, you wouldn’t be able to submit your information and complete the form. Be sure to take care when entering your information into form entry boxes, as it can be easy to make mistakes.
