Command R is a keyboard shortcut in Figma that allows you to quickly refresh the preview of your design. This is especially useful when you are making changes to your design and want to see how they look in real-time.

Command R can also be used to force-refresh a stuck preview.

To use Command R, simply select the layer or frame that you want to refresh, then press Command + R on your keyboard. This will immediately refresh the preview of your design. You can also press Command + Option + R to refresh all previews in your project.

PRO TIP: In Figma, command R is used to rotate an object. However, if you accidentally press command R while an object is selected, the object will be duplicated instead. So be careful when using this shortcut!

Command R is a handy shortcut that can save you a lot of time when making changes to your designs in Figma. Be sure to give it a try the next time you are working on a project!
