What Does Fulfillment in Progress Mean Shopify?

When you’re setting up a new Shopify store, or making changes to an existing one, you might see a message that says “Fulfillment in progress.” This message appears when you’re trying to make changes to products or orders that are currently being fulfilled.

PRO TIP: If you see the “Fulfillment in Progress” message on your Shopify order, it means that the order is currently being processed by the merchant. This usually happens within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

However, if you see this message for an extended period of time, it could mean that there is a problem with the merchant’s fulfillment process. In this case, you should contact the merchant directly to inquire about the status of your order.

Fulfillment in progress means that your store is in the process of fulfilling orders. This means that you can’t make changes to products or orders until the fulfillment process is complete.

If you’re seeing the message “Fulfillment in progress,” it means that your store is currently fulfilling orders. You can’t make changes to products or orders while the fulfillment process is underway. Once the process is complete, you’ll be able to make changes again.
