What Does Pending Payment Mean on WooCommerce?

Pending payment is a status that can be applied to an order in WooCommerce. It indicates that the order has been placed, but that payment has not yet been received. There are a few different scenarios in which an order might be placed in a pending state:

If you are using a manual payment method, such as bank transfer or cheque, the order will be placed in a pending state until you have received payment and manually marked the order as paid. This is to protect you in case the customer does not send payment.
