What Is Requirement on Fiverr?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 11:58 pm

As a freelance platform, Fiverr is a great way to earn some extra cash on the side. But what exactly is required of you as a freelancer on Fiverr? Read on to find out!

Create a Gig
The first step to becoming a freelancer on Fiverr is to create a gig, or service listing. This is where you will describe the service you are offering, set your price, and select any relevant tags or keywords. When creating your gig, be sure to:

  • Choose an attractive and descriptive title
  • Set a clear price
  • Select the right category and sub-category
  • Add tags and keywords
  • Upload images or videos

Get Approved
Once you have created your gig, it will need to be approved by Fiverr before it goes live. This process usually only takes a few hours, but in some cases can take up to 24 hours. Once your gig is approved, you will be able to start receiving orders from buyers.

Complete Orders
When you receive an order from a buyer, you will have 14 days to complete it. Once the buyer has accepted your work, they will have 3 days to leave feedback. If they do not leave feedback within this time frame, the order will be automatically closed.

Get Paid
You will receive payment for each order you complete within 2 days of the buyer accepting your work. Payments are made via PayPal or Payoneer, and you can choose to withdraw your earnings at any time. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, but there is a $1 fee for withdrawals under $20.

As you can see, becoming a freelancer on Fiverr is quite simple! All you need to do is create a gig, get approved, and start completing orders. With just a little bit of effort, you can start earning money in no time!

PRO TIP: This note is to warn you about a possible scam on Fiverr.

There is a gig that offers to write requirements for you on Fiverr. The gig description says that they will “write requirements for you in any format you need”.

However, it is possible that this gig is a scam. The person offering this gig may not actually write the requirements for you, or they may not write them in the format you need.

If you are considering using this gig, be sure to communicate with the seller before ordering, and be sure to get a clear understanding of what they will be providing.
