Shopify is a platform for businesses of all sizes to create an online store. It offers users a customizable platform, an easy-to-use checkout process, and a wide range of features.

One thing that sets Shopify apart from other ecommerce platforms is its pricing structure. Shopify offers three different plans, each with a different cost per item.

The Basic Shopify plan starts at $29 per month. This plan allows users to sell up to 500 products and gives them access to all of the basic features that Shopify offers. The cost per item on this plan is $0.06.

The Shopify plan starts at $79 per month. This plan allows users to sell an unlimited number of products and gives them access to all of the features that Shopify offers.04.

The Advanced Shopify plan starts at $299 per month. This plan allows users to sell an unlimited number of products and gives them access to all of the advanced features that Shopify offers.02.

Shopify also has a transaction fee for all plans except the Advanced Shopify plan. The transaction fee is 2% for the Basic and Shopify plans, and 0.5% for the Advanced Shopify plan.

PRO TIP: The Shopify pricing page says that the cost per item is $0.30 + 2.9% of the sale price, but this doesn’t include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and shipping destination of the items being sold.
