Azure Active Directory P1 and P2 are two different versions of Azure Active Directory. P1 is the original version of Azure AD and was released in 2016.

P2 is a newer version of Azure AD that was released in 2018. There are a few key differences between P1 and P2:.

P1 supports only single sign-on and does not have support for identity federation.

PRO TIP: – Azure Active Directory P1 and P2 are two different types of subscription plans offered by Microsoft Azure.

– P1 is the lower tier plan and P2 is the higher tier plan.

– P1 offers basic features such as single sign-on and password management while P2 offers more advanced features such as identity protection and Azure Information Protection.

– It is important to choose the right subscription plan based on your needs as you will not be able to upgrade from P1 to P2 later on.

P2 supports identity federation and supports multiple sign-on scenarios.

P2 also supports richer security features, such as support for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The main difference between P1 and P2 is that P2 supports more features and is more advanced. If you are looking to upgrade your Azure AD deployment to use the latest features and security enhancements, P2 is the version to choose.
