In addition, you can offer up to 10 gigs, each with 10 extras. You also get two gig portfolios and can include video in your gig descriptions. You’ll also have access to exclusive features like buyer requests and gig promotion.
To be eligible for Level 2 status, you must:
- Be a Level 1 seller with at least 60 days as a member
- Have completed at least 10 orders with a 90% or higher rating
- Have no more than 1% of orders canceled
- Respond to buyer requests within 12 hours
- Maintain a 90% response rate
