In general, actions in Photoshop CC are located in the Actions panel. This is where you can create, record, and play back actions. You can also add actions to sets, which are like folders that can help you organize your actions. To open the Actions panel, go to Window > Actions.
When you record an action, Photoshop CC automatically saves it in the Default Actions set. However, you can also create new sets and save actions in them.
To do this, click the Create new set button at the bottom of the Actions panel.
Once you have a set created, you can drag and drop actions into it from the Default Actions set or another set. To delete an action or set, simply select it and click the trash can icon at the bottom of the Actions panel.
