Where Did My Canva Design Go?

If you’re a Canva user, you may have noticed that your designs are no longer where you left them. That’s because Canva has made a change to how its users access their designs, and while the new system is more intuitive, it’s also caused some confusion for users who are used to the old way of doing things.

The first thing to understand is that all of your designs are still available to you, they’re just accessed in a different way. Instead of being stored in your “My Designs” section, they’re now organized into “Projects.”

PRO TIP: If you are working on a Canva design and suddenly your design disappears, do not panic! There is a chance that your design was accidentally saved as a draft. To check if this is the case, go to the ‘Drafts’ section of your account. If you cannot find your design there, contact Canva support for further assistance.

To find your designs, simply click on the “Projects” tab at the top of the Canva interface. From there, you can either create a new project or access one of your existing projects. If you want to access a design that’s not in a project, simply search for it using the search bar.

Once you’ve found the design you’re looking for, click on it to open it up. You can then make any edits you need to and save your changes.

So, while the change may be confusing at first, it’s actually a more user-friendly way to organize your designs. And once you get used to it, you’ll find that it’s much easier to find and work on your designs.
