There are a few ways to find brush presets in Photoshop. One way is to go to the Edit menu and select Presets Manager.

This will bring up a dialogue box with a drop-down menu of all the preset types. Select “Brushes” from this menu. You will then see a list of all the brush presets that are available.

Another way to find brush presets is to go to the Window menu and select “Workspace.” This will bring up a workspace panel with a number of different tabs.
