The WooCommerce Knowledge Base – This is a great resource for finding articles on specific topics, such as product setup, taxes, shipping, etc. You can search for articles by keyword, or browse by category. The WooCommerce Services Status Page – This page provides information on the status of various WooCommerce services, such as our payment gateway and shipping providers.
This can be helpful if you’re having trouble with a particular service. WooCommerce Support – If you can’t find the answer to your question in our documentation or Knowledge Base, our support team would be happy to help. If you’re looking for detailed information on a specific topic, chances are you’ll find it in the Codex. The WooCommerce Forums – The forums are a great place to ask questions, or help others with their questions.
You’ll need to create an account to post in the forums, but they’re free to join. StackExchange – StackExchange is a Q&A site for programmers and developers. If you have a technical question about WooCommerce, chances are someone has already asked (and answered) it on StackExchange.
