Where Is Hue and Saturation in Photoshop?

Hue and saturation are two important aspects of color. Hue is the color itself, while saturation is the intensity of that color. In Photoshop, hue and saturation are controlled with the Hue/Saturation tool.

To access the Hue/Saturation tool, go to the Photoshop toolbar and select “Image.” From the drop-down menu, select “Adjustments” and then “Hue/Saturation.” A new window will appear with three sliders: “Hue,” “Saturation,” and “Lightness.”

The “Hue” slider controls the color itself. Moving the slider to the left will make the colors more red, while moving it to the right will make them more green. The “Saturation” slider controls the intensity of the colors.

Moving it to the left will make the colors less saturated, while moving it to the right will make them more saturated. The “Lightness” slider controls how light or dark the colors are. Moving it to the left will make the colors darker, while moving it to right will make them lighter.

Once you’ve adjusted the hue, saturation, and lightness to your liking, click “OK” to apply the changes. And that’s all there is to it! With just a few clicks, you can easily adjust the hue and saturation of your image in Photoshop.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for the Hue and Saturation tool in Photoshop, it has been moved to the Adjustment layer menu. To find it, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation.
