Where Is the Libraries Panel in Photoshop?

As of the October 2018 release of Photoshop CC (v. 20.0), the Libraries panel has been moved. You’ll now find it under the Window menu at the top of the screen. If you don’t see it there, you can always go to Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials to bring back all the default panels.

So why the change? Adobe says that they’ve received feedback that users want a more streamlined Photoshop experience. Having the Libraries panel tucked away under the Window menu helps to declutter the interface a bit.

If you’re not familiar with the Libraries panel, it’s a great way to save time when working on projects in Photoshop. You can create libraries of colors, gradients, styles, shapes, and even entire compositions. Then, when you’re working on a new project, you can quickly access all those saved elements without having to recreate them from scratch.
