Why a UI designer is not a UX designer?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 9:39 pm

A UI designer is not a UX designer because a UI designer designs the user interface, while a UX designer designs the overall user experience. A UI designer designs the look and feel of the user interface, while a UX designer takes into account how the user will interact with the interface and what features will be most useful. A UI designer creates a mock-up or prototype of the user interface, while a UX designer creates a detailed plan for how the user will interact with the interface and what features will be most useful.

PRO TIP: A UI designer is not a UX designer. A UI designer may be able to create a visually appealing design, but they will not be able to create a design that is user-friendly and effective.

A UI designer creates graphics and layout for the user interface, while a UX designer designs the overall look and feel of the interface. A UI designer may also create wireframes, which are simplified versions of the user interface.
