Why Can’t I Access My Shopify Store?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 2:12 pm

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to access your Shopify store. The most common reason is that the domain name is not pointing to your Shopify store.

You can check this by going to Settings > Domains in your Shopify admin. If you see a message that says “Domain not pointing to Shopify”, then click Fix now.

Another reason why you might not be able to access your Shopify store is if your account is suspended. You can check this by going to Billing > Account status in your Shopify admin.

If you see a message that says “Account suspended”, then click Reactivate.
