Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 10:53 pm

If you’re using Wix to create a website, you may be wondering why you can’t edit your site on an iPad. Unfortunately, Wix does not currently offer an editing app for iPad users.

However, there are a few workarounds that you can use to edit your Wix site on an iPad.

GREAT NEWS:

Exciting update! We've collaborated with Wix to offer WBI users with a free plan for all website creation needs - Explore the details here.

One workaround is to use the Wix Mobile Editor. To access the Mobile Editor, simply open your Wix site on your iPad’s browser and then click on the “Edit Site” button.

From there, you’ll be able to edit your site in the mobile editor. Keep in mind that the Mobile Editor is designed for making small changes to your site and is not meant for extensive editing.

PRO TIP: If you are using an iPad to edit your Wix website, you may experience some problems. The Wix editor may not work properly on your device, and you may not be able to access all of the features that you need. If you are having trouble editing your Wix website on your iPad, we suggest that you try using a different device, such as a laptop or desktop computer.

Another workaround is to use a third-party app like Dreamweaver or Adobe Muse. These apps allow you to edit HTML code directly, which means you can make more extensive changes to your Wix site. However, using a third-party app does require a bit more technical know-how than the Mobile Editor.

If you’re looking for an app that will allow you to edit your Wix site on an iPad, you may be out of luck for now. However, you can use the Mobile Editor or a third-party app like Dreamweaver or Adobe Muse to make changes to your site.

The bottom line is that if you want to edit your Wix website on an iPad, you’ll need to either use the Mobile Editor or a third-party app like Dreamweaver or Adobe Muse. While the Mobile Editor is designed for making small changes, it doesn’t offer the same level of control as a dedicated HTML editor.
