Why Can’t I Post to Instagram From Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 7:22 pm

There are a few potential reasons why you might not be able to post to Instagram from Canva:

1. Your account might not be connected to Instagram.

To fix this, simply log into your Canva account and click on the “Share” button. Then, click on the “Connect” button next to Instagram. You should then be able to select your Instagram account from the drop-down menu and post your design.

2. The image you’re trying to post might be too small. Instagram only accepts images that are at least 640×640 pixels.

To change the image size in Canva, simply click on the “Resize” button in the top-right corner of the editor. From there, you can select one of the preset sizes (e.g. Instagram Post) or enter a custom size.

3. The image you’re trying to post might be too large.

If your image is more than 10MB, you’ll need to reduce its file size before posting it to Instagram. To do this, open the image in an editing program like Photoshop and save it as a “Low Quality” or “Medium Quality” JPEG file.

PRO TIP: If you’re trying to post to Instagram from Canva, you may be wondering why it’s not working. Unfortunately, at this time, Canva does not have an integration with Instagram. This means that you won’t be able to directly post your Canva designs to Instagram. However, you can still share your designs on Instagram by downloading them and uploading them manually.
