There are a few reasons why your Canva design may not be saving. Check out the list below to see if any of these apply to you:

1. You’re not logged in

The first thing you should do if your Canva design isn’t saving is to check if you’re logged in. You need to be logged in to your account in order to save designs.

2. You’re on a free trial

If you’re on a free trial, you won’t be able to save designs. You’ll need to upgrade to a paid account in order to save designs.

PRO TIP: If you are experiencing issues saving your design on Canva, it may be due to a number of factors. Here are some troubleshooting tips to help you resolve the issue:

1. Check your internet connection. Canva requires a strong and stable internet connection in order to save your design.

2. Try reloading the page. Sometimes reloading the Canva page can help refresh the connection and allow you to save your design.

3. Save your design as a draft. If you are having trouble saving your design, you can try saving it as a draft instead. To do this, click on the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Save as Draft’.

4. Export your design as a PNG or JPG file. If you are still having trouble saving your design, you can try exporting it as a PNG or JPG file. To do this, click on the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Export’.

3. Your design is too large

Another reason your design may not be saving is because it’s too large.

Canva has a limit on the size of designs that can be saved. If your design is too large, you’ll need to resize it or delete some elements before you can save it.

4. You have too many designs saved

Canva has a limit on the number of designs that can be saved at one time. If you have reached this limit, you’ll need to delete some of your older designs before you can save new ones.

The most common reason why Canva saves error is due to users not being logged into their account. Another reason is because users are on a free trial and cannot save their designs. Lastly, users may have too many designs saved or the design may be too large.
