Why Is My Canva Not Loading?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 9:19 pm

If you’re having trouble loading Canva, it may be due to one of the following:

1. Your internet connection

First, check your internet connection. Canva may not load if you’re on a slow or unstable connection. If possible, try connecting to a different network or using a different device.

2. Your browser

Next, make sure you’re using a supported browser. Canva works best in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble loading Canva, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue. First, try reloading the page. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If you still can’t load Canva, try using a different browser. If none of these solutions work, please contact Canva support for further assistance.

If you’re using an unsupported browser, you may not be able to access all of Canva’s features or create designs.

3. Canva’s servers

Finally, it’s possible that the problem is on our end. If Canva isn’t loading for you, but is working for others, it’s likely that there’s an issue with our servers. We’re constantly working to improve our service, so please check back soon.
