Why Is My Canva Pro Not Working?

There are a few reasons why your Canva Pro may not be working. Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

1. Check your internet connection

First, check to make sure you have a stable internet connection. Canva Pro requires a strong internet connection to function properly. If you’re using a public Wi-Fi network, try switching to a different network or connecting to your personal hotspot.

2. Make sure you’re logged in

If you’re still having trouble, make sure you’re logged in to your Canva Pro account. If you’re not logged in, you won’t be able to access your account or any of your designs.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble with your Canva Pro account, there are a few things you can check to see if the issue is with your account or with Canva Pro.

First, make sure that you are logged in to the correct account. If you are unsure which email address you used to sign up for Canva Pro, you can check the “Settings” tab in the left sidebar.

Next, check your internet connection. Canva Pro requires a stable internet connection in order to function properly.
