Why Is My Menu Not Working on Wix?

If you’ve added a menu to your Wix site and it’s not appearing, there are a few things you can check:

1. Make sure you’ve published your site

If you haven’t published your site, your menu won’t appear live for visitors to see. To check if your site is published, click Site at the top of the Editor and then click Publish. If the Publish button is grayed out, your site is already published.

2. Check if you’ve added a menu to every page

If you want your menu to appear on every page of your site, make sure you’ve added it to each page. To check this, click Pages at the top of the Editor and then click on each page name. If you see a + icon next to Add Menu, that means a menu hasn’t been added to that page yet.

3. Check if the menu is in the correct location

When adding a menu, you’ll need to choose where on the page you want it to appear.

The most common locations are at the top or bottom of the page. If your menu isn’t appearing where you want it, make sure you’ve selected the correct location from the drop-down list.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble with your menu on Wix, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure that you have updated your Wix editor to the latest version. If you are still having trouble, try resetting your Wix editor to the default settings. If you continue to have issues, please contact Wix support.
