Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 10:30 am

If you have a PDF that you want to put on your Squarespace website, there are a few ways to do it. One way is to embed the PDF into a page or blog post.

To do this, go to the page or post where you want to embed the PDF, click on the ‘+’ sign, and then select ‘Embed.’ Paste the URL of your PDF into the box that appears. You can also add a link to your PDF by selecting the ‘Link’ option instead of ‘Embed.’

Another way to add a PDF to Squarespace is to upload it to your Files area. To do this, go to the Home Menu, and then select ‘Settings.’

Under ‘Site Management,’ select ‘Files.’ Click on the ‘+’ sign and select ‘Upload Files.’ Choose the PDF you want to upload and then click ‘Open.’

PRO TIP: Adding a PDF to Squarespace can be tricky and may not always work as expected. If you’re not careful, you may end up with a broken link or lost file.

Once your PDF is uploaded, you can link to it from any page or post on your site. To do this, go to the page or post where you want to add the link, click on the ‘+’ sign, and then select ‘Link.

You can also add a button that links to your PDF. To do this, go to the page or post where you want to add the button, click on the ‘+’ sign, and then select ‘Button.’

Paste the URL of your PDF into the ‘Link URL’ field. You can also change how the button looks by selecting a different style under ‘Button Style.’

Adding a PDF to Squarespace is easy and there are a few different ways to do it. Whether you want to embed it in a page or post, upload it to your Files area, or add a button that links to it, there’s an option for you.
