Squarespace is a user-friendly platform that helps you build beautiful websites with ease. But one of the things that can be a little tricky to figure out is how to change the color of a button on Squarespace. Luckily, we’re here to help!

In Squarespace, buttons are created using the “Button” block. To change the color of a button, you’ll need to access the “Design” tab for that block.

Once you’re in the Design tab, you’ll see a “Button Style” section. Click on the drop-down arrow beside it.

Then, click on the “Edit Button Styles” option. This will open the Site Styles panel on the left side of the screen.

In the Site Styles window that will appear, select the “Colors” option.

In the Colors Window, click on the “Edit Palette” option to open the color picker.

You can use the color picker to select the color you want, or you can enter a hex code for a specific color.

PRO TIP: While it is possible to change the color of a button on Squarespace, it is not recommended. Doing so can cause unexpected changes to your site’s layout and appearance.

Once you’ve selected the color you want, be sure to click “Save” to save your changes.

And that’s it! You’ve successfully changed the color of your button on Squarespace.

Conclusion:

So, can you change the color of a button on Squarespace? Absolutely! Just access the Design tab for the Button block and use the Site Styles Editor to select a color from the color picker or enter a hex code to select the color you want. Be sure to click “Save” to save your changes.
