Yes, you can edit a GIF in Photoshop. You can use the timeline to add or remove frames, change the order of the frames, and set frame duration. You can also use Photoshop to crop, resize, and rotate a GIF.

To edit a GIF in Photoshop, open the GIF in Photoshop. Then, go to Window > Timeline to open the Timeline panel. In the Timeline panel, you will see all of the frames in the GIF.

PRO TIP: Warning: Editing a GIF in Photoshop may result in the GIF becoming corrupted and unusable.

To add or remove frames, click the “Add Frame” or “Delete Frame” button at the bottom of the Timeline panel. To change the order of the frames, click and drag a frame to a new location. To set the duration of a frame, click on the frame and then enter a new value in the “Duration” field at the bottom of the Timeline panel.

If you want to crop, resize, or rotate a GIF, go to Edit > Transform. Then, choose the appropriate option from the menu.

For example, to crop a GIF, select “Crop.” To resize a GIF, select “Scale.” To rotate a GIF, select “Rotate.”
