Can you export prototype from Figma?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 7:17 pm

If you have a prototype that you want to export from Figma, there are a few things that you will need to do first. You will need to create a prototype in Figma, and then export it as a prototype file. Once you have exported your prototype, you will need to open the file in a program like Adobe Photoshop or Inkscape. After you have opened the file, you will need to locate the file’s .psd or .svg file extension.

PRO TIP: Warning! Exporting prototype from Figma can result in unexpected behavior and may not work as expected. Use with caution.

After you have located the file extension, you will need to open the file in Photoshop or Inkscape. After you have opened the file, you will need to locate the file’s layers. After you have located the layers, you will need to select all of the layers and then click on the “Export As” button. After you have exported the prototype, you will need to save the file. You will then need to name the file and save it somewhere on your computer. After you have saved the file, you will need to close the file and then you will be ready to use the prototype in your project.
