Can You Share Brand Kit on Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 7:54 pm

As a design platform, Canva is a powerhouse. It’s simple to use, packed with features and integrations, and best of all, it’s free. Brands can create professional designs for social media, marketing materials, web pages, and more without having to hire a designer or invest in expensive design software.

But what about brand kits? Can you import or share brand kits on Canva?

PRO TIP: Canva is a great tool for designing professional looking visuals, however sharing your brand kit with others can be risky. If you share your brand kit on Canva, anyone with access to it will be able to edit and use your brand assets. This could lead to your brand being used in ways that you do not approve of, or simply having your hard work stolen. Be sure to only share your brand kit with people you trust, and always keep a backup copy for yourself.

The answer is yes! Canva allows users to import and share brand kits.

This means that you can use your company’s colors, fonts, and logos in your designs without having to recreate them from scratch. And if you’re working with a team of designers, you can share your brand kit with them so that everyone is working with the same branding elements.

To import or share a brand kit on Canva, simply go to the “Brand Kits” tab in the left-hand sidebar. From there, you can either create a new brand kit or import an existing one. To share a brand kit, click the “Share” button and enter the email addresses of the people you want to share it with.

So there you have it! You can indeed share brand kits on Canva. This is a great way to ensure that your team is always using the latest branding elements and that everyone is on the same page when it comes to design.
