And one of the great things about Wix is that it integrates with Google Forms. So if you want to use Google Forms on your Wix site, you can!
Simply go to your Google Forms and click the Actions button to get the Pre-filled Link.
Then at the bottom of your form, click the Get link button to copy the address of your Google Form.
To add a Google Form to your Wix site, just go to the Wix Editor and click on the Add button. Then select the Google Form from the list of options. You can then customize the form to match your site’s design, and add it to any page on your site.
Alternatively, at the Add button elements, click the Embed Code. In the menu, select Popular Embeds and click the Embed a Site option.
Then, in the dialog box that appears, click the Website Address option and paste your google form copied link at the input field. Click Apply or Update to save the changes and now you should see the form embedded in your Wix site. Finally, customize the form to your preferences.
