Shopify is one of the most popular ecommerce platforms on the market today. One of the things that makes Shopify so popular is that it offers a wide range of features and tools to its users. Another thing that makes Shopify so popular is that it is very easy to use.

One of the features that Shopify offers its users is the ability to accept manual payments. Manual payments are payments that are made outside of the Shopify platform, such as through a bank transfer or via PayPal.

PRO TIP: Manual payments are subject to a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Shopify does not currently offer manual payment options for orders placed using Shopify Payments.

Shopify does not charge any fees for manual payments. This means that if you are selling products through your Shopify store and you accept manual payments, you will not be charged any additional fees by Shopify. This is a great feature for those who want to sell products through their Shopify store but who do not want to use Shopify Payments.

The only time that Shopify will charge you a fee for manual payments is if you use a third-party payment processor, such as PayPal. In this case, Shopify will charge you a standard transaction fee of 2%.

So, in answer to the question, “Does Shopify charge for manual payments?”, the answer is no, unless you use a third-party payment processor. If you do use a third-party payment processor, then Shopify will charge you a standard transaction fee of 2%.
