How Can I Talk to Fiverr Customer Service?

Fiverr is a global online marketplace offering tasks and services, referred to as ‘gigs’ beginning at a cost of $5 per job performed. It is one of the most popular sites for freelancers and businesses to connect.
Although the majority of transactions on the site are completed without issue, there may be occasional need to contact Fiverr customer service.

There are several ways to contact Fiverr customer service, depending on the nature of your inquiry or issue. The best way to reach out is usually through the Fiverr Help Center, which you can access by clicking the “Help” link at the bottom of any Fiverr page.
Here, you’ll find a search bar where you can type in keywords related to your question or issue. More often than not, you’ll find an answer to your question without having to contact customer service directly.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for in the Help Center, or if you need to speak with someone directly, there are a few different ways to get in touch with customer service. The quickest way to reach a customer service representative is by using the live chat feature on the Fiverr website.
You can access live chat by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of any Fiverr page. Once you’re on the Contact Us page, scroll down until you see the “Live Chat” option and click “Chat Now.”

PRO TIP: Fiverr customer service is not available 24/7. They are only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. If you need to contact them outside of those hours, you may have to wait longer for a response.

If you need to speak with someone over the phone, you can request a call from customer service by clicking the “Request a Call” button on the Contact Us page. You’ll be asked to provide your name and contact information, as well as a brief description of your inquiry or issue.
Once you submit this information, a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours.

Finally, if you’d prefer to reach out via email, you can send an inquiry to customercare@Fiverr.com. Keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours for customer service to respond to your email.
