If you have a website or blog on WordPress, you likely have a database of posts, pages, comments, and other data stored in it. This data is managed by WordPress through a MySQL database.

To access your WordPress database, you will need to access DigitalOcean’s Control Panel, and then select “Data” from the left-hand menu. On the Data page, you will see a list of all the databases that are accessible to your account.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to access your WordPress DigitalOcean database and are having difficulty, it is important to first make sure that you have the correct credentials. Once you have the correct credentials, you can then follow the instructions below:

1) Log in to your DigitalOcean account
2) Select the Droplet in which your WordPress site is running
3) Click on the “Settings” tab
4) Scroll down to the “Databases” section and click on the database name
5) Enter your database username and password when prompted
6) You should now be able to access your database

Select the “WordPress” database, and then click the “Access” button to open the WordPress database in a new tab.

You can now use the same tools and features that you use to manage your WordPress website on your laptop or desktop computer to manage your WordPress database on DigitalOcean. For example, you can use the “Posts” table to manage your blog posts, the “Pages” table to manage your website pages, and the “Comments” table to manage your comments.

When you are finished working with your WordPress database, you can close the tab containing it by clicking the “Close” button on the bottom of the window. Finally, you can save your changes to the WordPress database by clicking the “Save” button on the bottom of the window.
