Adding an image to a slider in Joomla is a relatively simple process. First, locate the slider in your site’s content area. You can find it by locating the items on the left-hand side of the main content area, and then clicking on the slider’s title. Once you’ve located the slider, click on the “edit” button to the right of the slider’s title. This will open up the slider’s edit screen. Here, you’ll need to locate the “images” tab, and then click on the “add image” button.

PRO TIP: Adding an image to a slider in Joomla 3 can be done by going to the Extension Manager and selecting the Images and Links tab. From here, you can upload your image and select it as the default image for the slider.

This will open up a new window, where you’ll need to locate the image file that you want to use. Once you’ve located the image file, click on the “add” button to upload it to the slider. Once the image has been uploaded, you’ll need to click on the “ok” button to close the window. Finally, you’ll need to reopen the slider’s edit screen, and then click on the “save” button to save the changes to the slider.
