There are a few ways to add colors to your palette in Figma. You can either use the color picker tool, create a color swatch, or use the eyedropper tool.

The color picker tool can be found in the toolbar on the left hand side. To use it, simply click on the color you want to add to your palette and it will be added automatically. You can also add multiple colors at once by clicking and dragging your mouse over the colors you want to select.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful when adding colors to your palette in Figma, you may end up with a color scheme that is unbalanced and/or hard to read. Be sure to consider the following factors:

-The overall lightness/darkness of the colors in your palette.

-The level of contrast between the colors in your palette.

-The level of saturation of the colors in your palette.

Creating a color swatch is a great way to add multiple colors to your palette at once.

To do this, select the ‘+’ icon in the bottom left hand corner of the toolbar and then click ‘Color Swatch’. This will open up a new window where you can name your swatch and select the colors you want to include. Once you’re happy with your selection, click ‘Create’ and your new swatch will be added to your palette.

The eyedropper tool is a quick and easy way to add colors to your palette from an existing image. To use it, simply click on the image you want to sample from and then click on the ‘eyedropper’ icon in the toolbar. This will automatically add the color you’ve selected to your palette.

Adding colors to your palette in Figma is simple and easy – there are multiple ways to do it so that you can find the one that best suits your needs!
