There are two ways to add subheadings in Squarespace: by using the Heading block, or by adding a Header tag in the Code block.

PRO TIP: Adding subheadings in Squarespace can be tricky and may result in unexpected results. Always preview your changes before publishing them to your live site.

Heading Block

To add a Heading block, simply click the “+” icon and select the “Heading” option from the menu.

Adding a Header Tag in the Code Block

If you want more control over your subheadings, you can add a Header tag in the Code block. To do this, click the “+” icon and select “Code” from the menu.

Then, add your heading tag (<h1>, <h2>, etc.) and content within the code editor.
