There are a few different ways that you can blur part of an image in Photoshop. One way is to use the Blur tool, which is located in the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.

To use the Blur tool, simply select it and then click and drag over the area of the image that you want to blur. You can also adjust the strength of the blur by using the slider that appears at the top of the screen.

Another way to blur part of an image is to use the Gaussian Blur filter. To access this filter, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that blurring part of an image in Photoshop may result in the overall image appearing blurry. If you are not careful, you may end up with an image that is not as sharp as you would like.

A new window will pop up and you can adjust the radius of the blur using the slider. Once you’re happy with how it looks, click OK.

If you want to be more precise with your blurring, you can use the Brush tool. First, make sure that your foreground color is set to black and your background color is set to white.

Then, select a soft round brush from the brush palette and lower the opacity to around 20%. Now you can paint over the areas that you want to blur.

No matter which method you use, blurring part of an image can help to create a sense of depth or movement. It’s a simple yet effective way to edit your photos and make them look more interesting.
