Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 4:17 pm

Bulk editing orders in WooCommerce is a great way to save time when managing your online store. There are a few different ways to bulk edit orders in WooCommerce, depending on what you need to do.

If you need to edit a small number of orders, you can do so from the Orders page in the WordPress admin. Simply select the orders you want to edit, then choose the “Bulk Actions” drop-down and select “Edit.” This will take you to a new page where you can edit the selected orders.

PRO TIP: If you are bulk editing orders in WooCommerce, please be aware that there is the potential to cause serious problems if you do not know what you are doing. Bulk editing orders can change vital order information, and if done incorrectly, can result in lost or incorrect orders. Please be sure to backup your data before proceeding, and only bulk edit orders if you are absolutely confident in your abilities.

For more complex edits, or if you need to edit a large number of orders at once, you can use the WooCommerce Bulk Order Editor plugin. This plugin adds a new “Bulk Edit” tab to the Orders page, which lets you edit any order field for multiple orders at once. The plugin also lets you add or remove products from orders, and change the order status for multiple orders at once.

The Bulk Order Editor plugin is a great way to save time when managing your WooCommerce store. If you need to edit a large number of orders, it can be a lifesaver.
